Warranty Policy

RIGS

  1. All RIGs have one-year warranty from the date of sale.
  2. All RIGs sold by us are eligible only for carry-in warranty. Shipping charges (TO & FRO) to service center has to be borne by the customer.
  3. We request the customer to safekeep and send the copy of our invoice and delivery challan for warranty purposes.
  4. Goods will be accepted for warranty repair / replacement only if they are in good physical condition. Products with broken / burnt pins, pen / pencil markings, cracks, missing / tampered components / warranty stickers damaged will be rejected.
  5. Damages due to mishandling of equipment for any reasons like lack of knowledge, improper handling, electricity problem etc. will not be eligible for warranty. This clause is based on the fact that under normal condition there would have been no damage of the product.
  6. Any modification/upgradation to system components by the buyer voids the warranty. Buyer can avail free upgrade option during warranty period at our discretion.
  7. No standby will be provided while the product is getting repaired.
  8. RIG VeDA will strive to provide warranty service as early as possible. However, we will not be liable for any damages or losses on part of the buyer due to delay.

Custom Keyboards 

  1. RIGVeDA will provide six-month limited warranty from the date of sale against manufacturing defects.
  2. Warranty is offered on carry-in basis. Shipping charges (TO & FRO) to service center has to be borne by the customer.
  3. Goods will be accepted for warranty repair / replacement only if they are in good physical condition. Products with broken / burnt pins, pen / pencil markings, cracks, missing / tampered components / warranty stickers damaged will be rejected.

  6. For bluetooth/wireless models, no warranty is offered for battery backup and degradation of battery performance. 

Everything Else

  1. Where the words “Direct Warranty” or “Manufacturer Warranty” are mentioned it means warranty is direct by Manufacturer / Distributor.
  2. Buyer has to approach the respective service centers for availing warranty services.
  3. RIG VeDA will not be responsible for the action or inaction by the manufacturer/distributor w.r.to the warranty service.

Returns

We accept returns only if,

  1. You have received the wrong item instead of the one that was ordered.
  2. DOA – The Item is dead on arrival.
  3. Shipment damage.

You have to inform within 1-2 days of receipt of the good. We will require a video proof of package opening to process shipment damages or DOA.
